A flexible office and coworking pavilion on a former industrial site in Vítkovice.

An exposed steel frame recalls the site’s steel heritage. Open-plan floors sit behind a clear, ordered glazed envelope that gives the interior freedom while keeping a clear outer order — from the parter to the top floor.
